Nokia Beta Labs has developed an application called Nokia Diagnostics which allows you to diagnose and troubleshoot your Nokia Mobile Phones. This application is still in experimental stage and works well with S60 5th Edition devices including models N97, N97 mini, 5530, 5800 and X6.
Nokia diagnostics runs various tests on your mobile like Network Coverage test, Internet connectivity test, Battery charger test, Loudspeaker and Earpiece test and allows configuring them to perform well. Diagnose the errors in your mobile with this application and find solutions to recover from them.
Network Coverage test includes identifying mobile operator, type of network (CDMA or GSM etc.,), Roaming status, Signal strength and many other tests. With internet connectivity test you can configure access point settings for internet access and also check the priveleges that you have to access internet. You can also check the battery of your Nokia mobile is functioning well and being charged or not.
